Summer Art Camp FAQ
Summer Art Camp at the Richmond Art Center is an inspiring, creative experience for the young artists in your life!

Students who sign up for both a morning and an afternoon camp session may register for Supervised Lunch. This included supervision and activities in our enclosed courtyard between 12:30 PM and 1:30 PM. Students must bring their own bagged lunch.
Students enrolled in an afternoon camp may also enroll in After-Care from 4:30 to 5:30. Students will enjoy games and activities in our courtyard. We recommend that students bring a snack. Students must be picked up by 5:30 PM.
Drop-Off and Pick-Up Policies
An adult must walk each student all the way into the RAC courtyard to sign them in before camp and to pick them up after camp. Students may not sign themselves out or leave unaccompanied except under the following condition:
Parents of children 12 years of age or older may elect to sign a waiver to allow their child to leave unaccompanied at the end of the day.
Drop-Off and Pick-Up Times
Morning camp drop-off: 9:00-9:30 AM (building will not be open before 9:00 AM).
Morning camp pick-up: 12:30 – 12:45 PM.
Afternoon camp drop-off: 1:15-1:30 PM
Afternoon camp regular pick-up: 4:30-4:45 PM
After-Care pick-up: no later than 5:30 PM
Late Pick-Up Fees
The RAC will charge a $10 late pick-up fee for any day that a child is not picked up within the specified time ranges for the camps or programs in which that child is enrolled. If a parent/guardian is late picking up their child three times, the child may be dropped from the program at RAC’s discretion.
