Full Spectrum Screen Printing


This class will serve as a launching pad for your screen print projects. It will cover everything from prepping images for print to screen exposure, registration and print technique. If you’ve thought about a screen print project for a poster, T-shirt, artwork, zine, artist book, or sign and weren’t sure it would work this would be the class to make it happen.

  • silkscreen 20″ x 24″ or 23″ x 31″ max (230 mesh recommended, Gold Up is the best and cheapest option for buying screens)
  • 13″ x 19″ waterproof transparency film
  • printable paper: Bristol, Arches, Rives BFK, or anything smooth and 100# (280 gsm)
  • newsprint
  • apron (optional)
  • notebook and pencil
  • usb flash drive (if planning on using digital files)
