Caring for Our Courtyard: Community Work Day at Richmond Art Center

Our courtyard at Richmond Art Center is a shared gathering space that welcomes visitors, hosts events, and supports much of our community programming.

As spring approaches, we’re inviting community members and volunteers to help with light weeding and general cleanup as we prepare the space for Spring Family Day.

Whether you have a green thumb or simply want to lend a hand, your support makes a real difference.

Join us for a Courtyard Work Day:

Thursday, April 23, 2pm-5pm
Richmond Art Center Courtyard, 2540 Barrett Avenue, Richmond, CA

Drop in anytime during the afternoon; come when you can and leave when you need to. Any amount of time helps. Please bring sunscreen, work gloves or favorite tools if you have them, and dress for an afternoon of outdoor gardening.

We’ll provide music to keep things moving, and refreshments to keep everyone fueled.
