Summer Art Camp for Kids

Camp Registration Now Open!

Summer Art Camp at Richmond Art Center gives kids (ages 5-12) an exciting, hands-on arts immersion experience in our studios! Daily projects include drawing, painting, printmaking, textile arts, and sculpture.

Schedule: Camps will be held over 6 weeks between June 11 to July 23, 2024 (no camp July 1-5). Each weekly camp runs Tuesday through Friday from 10am to 2pm.

Fees:

Camps are $150 a week
There is a 10% sibling discount for subsequent siblings who register (discount applied at time of registration checkout)

Before and Aftercare: Parents/Guardians have the option for early drop off and later pick up:

Early Drop Off: 9:15am-10am
Later Pick Up: 2:30pm-2:45pm

Art Boost Scholarships: We have needs-based scholarships available for camp. Priority will be given to those who haven’t previously received a scholarship and Richmond residents.

Application Form Opens: Tuesday, March 19, 2024
Application Form Closes: Tuesday, April 9, 2024

Summer Art Camp Cancelation Policy:

If you drop a camp at least 14 days before it starts, you will receive a 100% refund minus a $20 administrative fee.
If you drop a camp between 6 days to 1 day before it starts, there are no refunds. At this point students may receive a class credit if Richmond Art Center is able to replace your seat with another student before the start of class. If this is not possible, credit will not be offered.
If you drop a class on or after the class start date, no refunds or credits are possible.
