Each year, over 1,000 visitors come to the Holiday Arts Festival to shop unique gifts from local artists, enjoy food and drinks, and make art together. The gift sale runs 10am-4pm in our galleries at Richmond Art Center, 2540 Barrett Avenue, Richmond, CA.

Call for Vendors! Richmond Art Center invites local artists and makers to apply for the Holiday Arts Festival. Showcase your handcrafted work to a creative, gift-loving crowd. Apply by September 21. No fee – first-time vendors welcome!

Richmond Art Center provides: Vendor contract, table, chair/s, vendor sign (if needed), wall space (as requested/as available), electrical outlet (as requested/as available), time for set-up and deinstall, online vendor listing

Promotion: Richmond Art Center will promote the Holiday Arts Festival through ads, social media, newsletters, and community events. Vendors can also showcase their websites in our online vendor gallery.

Jurying Process: Due to limited space, applications are juried based on artistic quality, sales potential, range of work, and community connection.

FEES:

6-foot table: $195 for RAC members, $205 for non-members

4-foot half table: $120 for RAC members, $130 for non-members

These are flat fees. No sales commission is charged.

  • If you are applying for a half table, you will be matched with another vendor to share an eight foot long table (four foot space each). We will be matching vendors once the jurying selection has been completed.
  • Vendors requesting half tables have space for one chair. Vendors requesting whole tables can fit up to three chairs.
  • Electrical outlets are limited and reserved only for vendors who need them for their displays (and NOT for charging phones or devices, sorry!).
  • Vendors must bring their own hardware and tools. All hardware used in display walls must be removed. RAC will patch and paint holes.
  • Table fees are discounted for members.
  • We’d love to hear about the items you sell and how they’re made. Are they 100% handmade by you? Are they original designs produced in collaboration with others or outsourced for production? Or are you a vendor reselling goods made by other artisans? Please note: This festival is dedicated to supporting local artists and craftspeople, with a focus on handmade, original work rather than reselling or mass-produced items.
