Spotlight on the Ceramics Studio

Call for Entry Closes Monday, December 1, 2025
We welcome ceramicists of all experience levels, from beginners to advanced practitioners. This exhibition celebrates growth, learning, and the many ways artists explore clay in our studio.
Call for Entry: Open to all ceramicists who have worked in our studios in the past year, including students, teaching artists, and guest artists. This is a non-juried exhibition; however, space in the Community Gallery is limited. Artwork will be accepted on a first-come, first-in basis until all exhibit space is filled.
A special guest (TBA) will select one Spotlight Award. The recipient will receive a free class at Richmond Art Center!

Artwork Requirements:
- Work must have been made within the last year
- Limit one entry per artist
Exhibition:
- The show will be in the Community Gallery
- Most work will sit on pedestals with vitrine tops, with some pieces wall-mounted or on shelves.

- Notification of Acceptance: Monday, December 15, 2025 (notification is still required in case we reach display capacity)
- Artwork Drop-off: Friday, January 2, 11am–3pm OR Saturday, January 3, 2026, 11am–4pm
- Exhibition Dates: January 14 – March 14, 2026
- Reception & Award Announcement: Saturday, January 24, 2026, 1pm–3pm
- Artwork Pick-up: Saturday, March 14, 2026, 11am–3pm
