Call for Teaching Artists

Richmond Art Center is looking for passionate teaching artists who center community engagement in their personal and professional practices. We seek artists working in a variety of visual arts media to lead programs across our Studio Arts programs, Youth programs (on-site and off-site), and community partnership initiatives.

We strongly encourage applications from teaching artists with backgrounds in visual arts, cultural arts, and youth-focused practices.

Richmond is a culturally diverse community, with Spanish and Mandarin being the second most spoken languages. Bilingual and multilingual speakers are strongly encouraged to apply.
