About Richmond Renaissance: We are a collective of local artists and community leaders with decades of experience transforming lives through the Arts throughout Richmond.
Since 2022, we have been working together with the community to ignite a Richmond Renaissance by establishing a world-class arts corridor in Richmond and putting our city on the MAP! Now, we are partnering with the City of Richmond to co-create a strategic plan for an arts corridor that inspires, heals, and celebrates all Richmond Residents.

* Please note: A earlier notice listed the event time as 4pm to 6pm but this was incorrect. The correct time is definitely 12pm to 2pm.
Organized by the Visual Artists of Richmond and now in its third year, Richmond Open Studios invites the public to explore the city’s vibrant creative community during a weekend of open studios, September 6-7.
As part of the celebration, Richmond Art Center presents Made in Richmond, a preview exhibition of work by participating artists.
Plus, on Saturday, September 6, join us in the courtyard to meet artists and shop for original art.
