Richmond Art Center is governed by a volunteer Board of Directors. The Board, which is elected by our members, is responsible for the Art Center’s financial health and achievement of its mission.

Richmond Art Center is a 501(c)(3) non-profit. As a non-profit organization, we depend on financial support from many sources of funding, including the City of Richmond, foundations, individuals and businesses. Our Federal Tax ID # is 94-6104204. Donations are tax deductible to the fullest extent of the law.
Our Board generally meets on the 3rd Thursday of each month at 5:45pm. Members and the public are invited to attend Board meetings, unless an Executive Session is called.
Please notify us in advance if you plan to attend a Board meeting, especially for Zoom access. If you have a topic to present, submit a brief summary to the Board President beforehand. boardpresident@
